Current Focus Group Opportunities
UNION COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA
UNION COUNTY, NC - FOCUS GROUP OPPORTUNITY ...
We are seeking 8-10 individuals to participate in a jury decision-making project (Focus Group) in UNION COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA.
You will be paid $100 cash.
The focus group will occur in person at Monroe Area Conference Center on Thursday, December 5, 2024.
It will begin at 6 p.m.; the focus group will last approximately 2.5 - 3 hours.
Participants will listen to and evaluate brief presentations of a lawsuit filed in Union County, NC.
We intend for you to provide feedback on the information given about the case.
You must be able to attend in person and show an Alabama I.D., showing you live in Montgomery County, AL.
You do not need any qualifications or expertise to participate, only the ability to listen to both sides of a dispute and discuss your opinions on the case.
To participate, you must be able to speak, hear, read, and write English without assistance.
Candidates cannot be currently on-call or selected for jury duty or participated in a jury research focus group within the last four years.

William Goldfarb, Charlotte, North Carolina native, was inspired by his attorney father to seek truth and justice. He attended North Carolina State University on a gymnastics scholarship, earning a B.A. in Political Science.
Goldfarb received his Juris Doctorate from Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 1991, where
William Goldfarb, Charlotte, North Carolina native, was inspired by his attorney father to seek truth and justice. He attended North Carolina State University on a gymnastics scholarship, earning a B.A. in Political Science.
Goldfarb received his Juris Doctorate from Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 1991, where he excelled academically and served as Chief Justice of the Honor Court.
He began practicing law in 1991 and founded his firm on March 18, 1996, focusing on helping seriously injured people. Goldfarb is a founding member and past president of the Mecklenburg Trial Lawyers Association and an active member of several legal organizations, including the Union County Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association.
